Today we finally strapped the pads back on and it felt awesome. We weren’t perfect all the time, but we went 100%. We ran. We hit. We made some noise. Nothing like the sound of pads hitting in the morning.
Of course with pads also comes soreness. Right now it’s all about recovery until tomorrow and, of course, fixing corrections. Ice baths, the Cryozone and tons of stretching is a must. You can’t let the soreness hang around. It’s all about protecting your body and making sure it recovers. Because tomorrow comes fast and you don’t want to wake up tomorrow and find it hard to get out of bed. Hope you all are doing some recovery. Make sure you get in those ice baths!
